That the proposed rent levels for the Parkside housing scheme, as well as the level of the initial service charge up until 31 March 2017, be approved.

That the Local Lettings Policy in respect of the Parkside housing scheme be approved in accordance with the principles set out in paragraph 6.3 of the report. |
