1.   That a 12 week consultation period with Chesterfield and District Shopmobility regarding future funding from Chesterfield Borough Council be approved.

 

2.   That following the consultation period a report be submitted to Cabinet in December 2021 to decide on funding to Chesterfield and District Shopmobility from April 2022 onwards.

03/09/2021 - Lease of council land for use as a substation ref: 1563    For Determination

The substation requirement was part of the plans that formed the planning permission granted for the Enterprise Centre in February 2019 as well as the contract for the construction of the Enterprise Centre.

Authority delegated to Service Director under G200D "To approve the siting of electricity sub-stations, gas kiosks and other installations or equipment of statutory undertakers on Council Land and to transfer or lease relevant land and grant easements and rights for that purpose."
