(Civil Engineering) Ltd as the Council’s preferred Main
Contractor for the Northern Gateway public realm improvement works
and the issue of a Notice to Award of the JCT 2016 Intermediate
Build Contract with Design Components based on a schedule of works
and Chesterfield Borough Council’s Schedule of
Amendments.
2. To note the approach to the funding of project on-costs and
build costs going forward.
