As part of the UKSPF programme governance
arrangements delegated authority is assigned to the Executive
Director in consultation with the Council Leader and the Section
151 Officer to approve individual projects to proceed in line with
the Chesterfield UKSPF Investment Plan, and on an ongoing basis,
approve changes in project delivery in line with recommendations
made by the Internal Programme Board as per Cabinet approval on
24th January 2023.
