Copeland Auctioneers are holding an auction
that includes the sale of two former Council properties on 3rd
April 2019. The former Council properties are both 3 bedroom houses
22 Southgate Way, Barrow Hill and 3 Smith Crescent, Spital. The
properties have been valued and the works required costed to guide
a maximum bid at auction.
The properties will be purchased under the Housing Strategic
Acquisitions Policy.
Within the Capital Programme the Housing Strategic Acquisition
Policy has a budget of £450K for 2019/20. The funding to
purchase the properties will come from this budget.
