Reason for urgency:
Due to the fast paced and complex nature of the kerbside waste recycling service, it has become necessary for the Council to urgently consider the contractual arrangements. The decision cannot be delayed as this may affect the Councils ability to act in a timely manner in implementing the contract terms and conditions, and the ability to minimise risks and protect the Councils position.
