was offered to the Council under the Right-of-first refusal.
The property has been surveyed by an asset management officer and
whilst some investment would be required no prohibitively expensive
works were identifiied.
The Council's valuer viewed the property and advised an offer of
between £105,000 and £110,000.

An offer of £110,000 was put to the vendors and
accepted.
Approved to seek to purchase the property has been given by Cllr
Ludlow and Service Director of Housing.
