Notice is hereby given that the Executive is to be asked to make a key decision on 15 July 2014 in respect of the following
TITLE: Project Academy Funding
SERVICE AREA: Business Transformation
PURPOSE OF DECISION: For funding to be released to ensure project academy continues to function through to March 2016
REASON WHY IT IS IMPRACTICAL TO GIVE 28 DAYS NOTICE OF THE
KEY DECISION: Timescale - Council approval is required to avoid delay and to allow the project to continue.
This notice is being given in accordance with regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 in that it is not possible to give 28 days’ notice of a Key decision.
