As an option, the guidance and intervention
rate for UKSPF 13 could be maintained as is currently approved.
This would mean that there would be less grants provided to
businesses overall and that the team would have to continue to
liaise with projects over ineligible activity. The proposed changes
are to streamline the process and ensure that the opportunity to
provide grants to businesses is maximised.
