To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED -           That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Pursuant to Minute No. 95, the Licensing Manager submitted a report for Members to consider an application for an exemption to allow the use of magnetic side signs.

*RESOLVED -          That Mr. Abdulla’s application for an exemption to the signage requirements of the Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Policy be refused.
