Consent is granted to the felling of one Horsechestnut tree reference T19 on the Order Map and which is situated in the grounds of 404 Old Road with a condition to plant a replacement Beech tree in a more suitable location to the south of the property.

Consent is granted to the pruning of two Beech trees reference T29 & T30 on the Order Map and which are situated to the frontage of 659 Chatsworth Road.

Agreement to the felling of two trees. The felling of the trees will have no adverse effect on the character and amenity of the area.

 

The trees are within the Brimington Conservation Area.
