Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (3 - 17/18) (A090) View the reasons why item 49. is restricted Minutes: Pursuant to Minute No. 42 (Appeals and Regulatory Committee 2017/18), the Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy. The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant did not attend the meeting. *RESOLVED - That the officers’ decision be upheld.

The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant’s representative attended the meeting. *RESOLVED - That the decision to seek possession be not confirmed.
