Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (3 - 17/18) (A090) Minutes: Pursuant to Minute No. 42 (Appeals and Regulatory Committee 2017/18), the Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy.
The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant did not attend the meeting.
