To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED –

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Lewis Naylor could proceed.

Mr Lewis Naylor and Mr Chris & Mrs Victoria Naylor attended the meeting.

*RESOLVED –

That Mr Naylor’s application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to continue but with the licence endorsed with 10 points until 2^nd December 2025, the points then diminishing by 2 points each year.    

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Shaun Yeomans could proceed.

Mr Shaun Yeomans attended the meeting.

*RESOLVED –

That Mr Yeomans’ application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be adjourned to 15^th May.
