Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (5 - 17/18) (A090) Minutes: Pursuant to Minute No. 48 (Appeals and Regulatory Committee 2017/18) the Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy.
The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant did not attend the meeting.
*RESOLVED –
That the officers’ decision be upheld, suspended on payment of the current rent plus an amount of £5 per week off the arrears, including during rent free weeks, until the arrears were cleared. |
