Sale of access road land off Woodland Walk, Holme Hall, Chesterfiled
Decision: RESOLVED –
1.1 That Cabinet Member accepts that the subject land is surplus to the Council’s requirements and approves a sale at the negotiated sum referred to in the main body of the report.
1.2 To authorise the Service Director – Economic Growth to agree any further amendments to the sale transaction.
