Transfer of land that forms Chesterfield Canal and its environs at Lowgates, Chesterfield to Chesterfield Canal Trust
Decision: RESOLVED –
1.1 That the transfer of the land be approved on the terms identified in this report to Chesterfield Canal Trust for the proposed restoration of the Lowgates to Norbriggs Flash stretch of the canal, in accordance with the approved Staveley Town Deal project.
1.2 To authorise the Service Director – Economic Growth to agree any further amendments to the transaction.
