RESOLVED –

1.1    That the Cabinet Member approves the grant of a ten-year lease of 27 Lansbury Avenue, on the terms outlined in this report. 

1.2    That the Property, Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to deal with any late amendments to the terms of the lease.
