Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (25 - 16/17) (A090) Minutes: Pursuant to Minute No. 174 (Appeals and Regulatory Committee 2016/17) the Committee considered a request from tenants for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy.
The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenants and their representative attended the meeting.
*RESOLVED –
That the officers’ decision be upheld, suspended on payment of the current rent plus £10 per week (including rent free weeks) towards the arrears, until the arrears were cleared. |
