Decisions

* That the application for a variation of the Premises Licence by Michael Walker in respect of Junction Bar, 3 Chatsworth Road, Brampton, Chesterfield, S40 2AH:

(1)  be granted in respect of the supply of alcohol from an outside bar for consumption on and off the premises during the standard timings of 10.00 – 23.00 Monday – Sunday, subject to:

(a)  the usual mandatory conditions and the conditions in the operating schedule submitted with the application, and

(b)  additional conditions as follows:

                     i.        that notices be displayed in the beer garden and at point of exit, reminding patrons to respect nearby residents and to leave quietly;.

                    ii.        that refuse / glassware only to be transferred to external bins between 9.00 am and 11.00 pm.

(necessary to promote the licensing objective of prevention of public nuisance).

(2)  be refused in respect of the supply of alcohol from an outside bar for consumption on and off the premises during the non-standard timings included in the operating schedule submitted with the application.

Minutes of the Licensing Committee meetings held on 3 May, 10 May, 18 May and 24 May, 2017 were signed by the Chair as a correct record.
