Agenda and decisions

1.      That a new five year lease of Suites 2B, C and D Stephenson Chambers, 6-8 Corporation Street, Chesterfield to Acorn Training Limited, be approved on the terms outlined in the report.

2.      That the relevant Service Manager be granted delegated authority to deal with any late amendments to the terms of the lease.
