That the disposal of the shops and flats at 1 and 3 Neale Bank on the terms set out in the report be approved. 2. That the Chief Executive be granted delegated authority to agree late amendments to the sale. 3. That approval be given for Kier to enter in to negotiations with the tenants of the suburban shops at Keswick Drive, Windermere Road and Lowgates for potential disposal. |
