Agenda and decisions

1.   That that the proposed changes to the 2014 Order, outlined in the officer’s report are made, subject to consideration of any unresolved representations by the Cabinet Member for Town Centre and Visitor Economy, following statutory consultation.

2.   That in the event that there are no unresolved representations, that the local Government Law Manager be authorised to make the proposed changes to the 2014 Order.
