*RESOLVED –

1.   That the appointment of Bauman Lyons Architects and its team of consultants as the design team to provide services for RIBA Stages 4 to 6 for Stephenson Memorial Hall, Chesterfield be approved

2.   That the payment to Bauman Lyons Architects, as detailed in paragraph 5.4 of the officer’s report, be approved.

3.   That the appointment of Bentley Project Management as the project manager to provide services for RIBA Stages 4 to 6 for Stephenson Memorial Hall, Chesterfield be approved.

4.   That the payment to Bentley Project Management, as detailed in paragraph 6.2 of the officer’s report, be approved.
