*RESOLVED –

1.   That the 25 year lease to the BMX Club be approved to enable the club to apply for the required funding towards the maintenance and development of the BMX track and surrounding area highlighted in red on the plan attached at Appendix 1 of the officer’s report.

2.   That the Property Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to agree late amendments to the agreements.

*RESOLVED –

1.   That the grant of a 25-year lease to Staveley Miners Welfare Football Club Ltd of the car park at Staveley Miners Welfare Football Club be approved on the terms outlined in the officer’s report.

2.   That the Property, Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to deal with any late amendments to the terms of the lease.
