Unauthorised Development at 28 McMahon Avenue, Inkersall, Chesterfield, S43 3HN

Minutes:

The Development Management and Conservation Manager presented a report to inform members of the breach of planning legislation.  This relates to the siting of a shipping container on the frontage of 28 McMahon Avenue, Inkersall, Chesterfield which is being used for business purposes.  Authorisation is being sought for enforcement action to facilitate the cessation of the use and removal of the shipping container from the site.

 

*RESOLVED –

 

That approval is granted for the issue of an enforcement notice, in relation to the unauthorised business use of the unit requiring it to cease with a compliance period of 28 days.
